• Do not use Furtune to break the law, violate others' rights, or interfere with the service.
• Do not attempt to abuse, probe, scrape, overload, or bypass security controls.
• Do not submit malware, spam, or content intended to harass, exploit, or harm others.
• Do not use the service to generate or distribute unlawful or deceptive content.

AI-generated output may be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Furtune and its branding, software, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant us the rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Paid features, if offered, are billed through third-party payment providers. Pricing, billing cadence, and renewal terms shown at checkout apply to your subscription. Taxes may apply where required.

You may stop using Furtune at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or if continued access would expose us or others to harm or legal liability.

Furtune is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Furtune.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Furtune operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
